Belle Stay - The Story
Travelling is our passion, constantly on the move, part of our job. Time and again, we wished for this or that improvement in our temporary accommodations. The list of things that could make a stay in temporary accommodation more pleasant grew longer and longer. Ideas turned into action.
We, an architect and an interior designer, embarked on a search for flats, chalets, and suites that are exceptional due to either their location or the property itself. With loving attention to detail, we designed and furnished the initially empty properties, thus making them something special.
But what are the most beautiful objects and the best guests if no one takes care of them?
At each location, we have built a team with a special eye for detail and the ideal service for our guests.

Great apartment in a prime location right on Mariahilfer Straße. Underground stations (Museumsquartier and Neubaugasse) are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is very high-quality and modernly furnished. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a separate bath and toilet. The kitchen has a coffee machine. Upon our arrival, there was a bottle of water and a bottle of wine in the fridge.
Big and spacious. We had a lovely stay in Vienna in this apartment. The interior of the apartment was lovely and the rooms were all big and spacious. We would recommend for any group visiting Vienna as this is a great place to stay!
Excellent! Clean, comfortable, and stylish! Very close to tourist areas! It was perfect for our party.
Amazing apartment, well equipped, comfortable and great location. Excellent apartment & location, great amenities, comfy & clean, lovely beds & towels, & well equipped kitchen. Comms with apartment manager quick and he was kind enough to let us keep a key and leave our luggage there until later check out as no parties were due after us and we had a late flight. Would definitely stay again. Nothing bad here at all.
Everything perfect! The best city break we've ever had A group of us in our mid-50s book a city break every year. We've never had an experience like it before. The apartment is large, clean, exceptionally well-designed, and tastefully furnished. The view is breathtaking and it's perfectly situated for all the sights. The greeting and communication with the host, both before and during our stay, is another highlight. Our expectations were far exceeded, and we recommend anyone wanting to go to Prague to stay here.
Absolutely Wonderful! We had an amazing stay at Chalet Belle-Kitz with 6 people. We were welcomed by the most friendly lady Maggie who was so helpful to help us with our luggage through the thick snow & check-in. The property was very clean, with great amenities, wonderfully homely decorated rooms & living space. Also the location was perfect, a very nice neighbourhood up a small hill with just a 10/15 minute beautiful scenic walk to the town centre, main shopping street & main ski lifts. We will definitely be back for our next winter trip! Thank you so much Maggie & Mara!
Amazing. First time in Kitzbühel. WOW, the skiing is unbelievable. The hosts were fantastic. The chalet was exceptional in its comfort and design; very modern amenities within a rustic setting. You felt like you were in your own home, but the view through the window was exceptionally different. Would love to have stayed longer and would be back in a heartbeat. The perfect venue for a family!!!
Brilliant option for families The location was extremely easy to find with parking onsite. The apartment is within easy walking distance of many shops. The wifi and TVs were an obvious hit with the kids after a long day out on the slopes, while the ladies enjoyed the en-suite whirlpool bath. It was fully furnished and the coffee pods were extremely appreciated. All in all, we wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to coming back.
We had a fantastic time at the chalet and hope many others will share our wonderful memories. We travel extensively throughout the year, visiting destinations all over the globe. It's truly amazing to have such wonderful experiences as the one we've just had. The chalet, which is perfect for 10 people, is located directly by the „Wilder Kaiser“. The photos are excellent, but the reality is even more spectacular. The chalet presents an outstanding blend of traditional alpine design with a very modern, individual aesthetic. During our stay, we had several questions, requests, and needs. All of them were addressed and resolved by our guest manager. She is a lovely and incredibly helpful individual!
State of the Art!!! In a few words: extremely good and mega!!! Everything new, everything clean, extremely well equipped… You won't want to move out!!! Congratulations to the operators – it can't be done better!!! I'll happily recommend it and hope to be able to book the chalet again next year despite the good recommendation 😉
We would come back anytime, it's just a superb place to stay. The flat is beautifully and modernly furnished. The hosts are very nice and the key handover also worked without any problems. Due to the good location, everything is quickly and easily accessible on foot.
