1. Arrival / Departure
Arrival from 3 p.m. / departure by 10 a.m. also apply to individually agreed weekdays. Other arrival and departure times can be agreed individually with the landlord. If the tenant does not appear by 10 p.m. on the day of arrival, the contract is deemed to have been terminated after a period of 48 hours without notification to the landlord. The landlord or his representative can then freely dispose of the object. A (proportional) repayment of the rent due to early departure is generally not made.
2. Booking process
After booking, an automated confirmation of receipt will be sent to the email address provided. We will then send you the detailed booking confirmation with the associated invoice. All information about arrival will be sent to the email address provided about 5 days before arrival.
3. Payments
The rental agreement only becomes valid once the deposit has been received into the our account. The deposit of 50% of the rental amount is due within 24 hours of receipt of the booking documents and we will maintain your reservation during this period. The payment must be made to our account or a corresponding payment receipt must be submitted by email.
After the deposit has been paid, the remaining amount is due 6 weeks before the start of the trip. If the arrival is less than 6 weeks in the future, the total amount must be paid. If the payment deadlines are not met, we can withdraw from the contract and re-rent the property. The deposit will not be refunded.
4. Price
The prices shown on our website include final cleaning, bed linen, towels and other additional costs of the property. For our properties in Going and Kitzbühel, the tourist tax is already included in the total price.
5. Registration Data
In order to be able to officially register you in Kitzbühel & Going, we need your guest data before your arrival. Details of the required information will be sent to you in good time before arrival.
6. Special requests
are basically possible. They require written confirmation from the landlord.
7. Pets
Are not allowed. In exceptional cases, this can be agreed individually.
8. Cancelation
The withdrawal must be made in writing. In the event of withdrawal, the following provisions apply:
Refund Kitzbühel / Going / Reith:
December – March
• 100% of the travel price up to 6 weeks before arrival.
• no refund less than 6 weeks to arrival date
April – November
– Bookings up to 7 nights:
up to 4 weeks before arrival 100% of the travel price
– Bookings from 7 nights:
up to 6 weeks before arrival 100% of the travel price
Refund Vienna & Prague:
Refund Vienna:
• 100% of the travel price up to 4 weeks before arrival.
• up to 2 week before arrival 50% of the travel price
• no refund if less than 2 weeks to arrival date
The date of receipt of your cancellation message counts. Amounts already paid in will be offset.
You can provide a substitute who enters into your contract under the conditions stated. Written notification is sufficient.
OTHERS ALL DESTINATION:
If the agreed payment / final payment is not made by the agreed deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Any payments / deposits made that are not longer refundable will not be refunded.
9. Tenants Obligations
The tenant undertakes to treat the rented items (holiday home, inventory and outdoor facilities) with care. If damage occurs to the holiday home and/or its inventory during the tenancy, the tenant is obliged to report this to the property management immediately.
Deficiencies and damage already identified upon arrival must be reported immediately to the property management, otherwise the tenant is liable for this damage. A reasonable period of time must be granted for the elimination of damage and defects. Claims from complaints that are not reported immediately on site are excluded. Complaints received by the landlord at the end of the stay or after leaving the holiday home are also excluded from compensation.
In the event of any disruptions to performance, the lessee is obliged to do everything reasonable within the scope of his legal obligation to help remedy the disruption and to keep any damage that may have occurred to a minimum. On the day of departure, the tenant is to remove personal items, household waste is to be disposed of in the designated containers, crockery is to be stored clean and washed in the kitchen cupboards. If a grill is used, it must be left cleaned.
10. Privacy
The tenant agrees that necessary data about his person will be stored, changed and / or deleted as part of the contract concluded with him. All personal data is treated with absolute confidentiality.
11. Liability
The tender was created to the best of our knowledge. We are not liable for any influence on the rented property by force majeure, by power and water failures customary in the country and by storms. Likewise, there is no liability in the event of unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances such as official orders, sudden construction sites or disruptions caused by natural and local events. However, the landlord is happy to help with solving the problems (as far as this is possible).
Liability on the part of the lessor for the use of the play and sports equipment provided is excluded.
The arrival and departure of the tenant is his own responsibility and liability. The landlord is not liable for personal belongings in the event of theft or fire. The tenant is fully liable for willful destruction or damage.
12. Final
Photos and text on the website or in the flyer serve as a realistic description. 100% correspondence with the rental property cannot be guaranteed. The landlord reserves the right to make changes to the equipment (e.g. furniture) provided they are equivalent.
Should one or more provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining conditions. The ineffective provision is to be replaced by an effective one that comes as close as possible to the economic and legal will of the contracting parties.
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction and place of fulfillment is the place of residence of the landlord.
