1 bedroom with double bed, large balcony and bathroom ensuite. There is a lockable single bed room attached to this room. Access to this through the master bedroom.

2 additional bedrooms with double beds and each with access to the balcony as well as a second bathroom.

On the ground floor:
1 bedroom with bunk bed (1.90×90)
as well as a guest toilet with sink

On the ground floor there is also the entire cozy living-dining area with tiled stove, the fully equipped designer kitchen and the outdoor area with balcony, open fireplace and grill.

In the basement of the building you will find the sauna and the large utility room with washing machine and dryer.
You can park either in the private garage or in the carport.

The house is in a secluded location between the two well-known ski areas of Kitzbühel and Wilder Kaiser Brixental.
