The absolute highlight is the private wellness area for exclusive use. A large heated indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, and a relaxation area create an exceptional atmosphere of well-being. In addition, the beautifully landscaped outdoor area with a natural swimming pond invites you to fully enjoy the special atmosphere of the Alps.
The generous terrace with a barbecue area offers the perfect spot to round off shared hours with a dreamlike view.

POSITION
The accommodation is wonderfully located in Reith bei Kitzbühel, combining tranquility, nature, and privacy with short distances to the region's highlights.
The centre of Kitzbühel with its restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and shops can be reached in about 10 minutes by car, approximately 6 km away. The legendary Hahnenkammbahn, the starting point of the world-renowned KitzSki ski area and the famous Streif downhill run, is located about 7 km away and is reachable in approximately 10–12 minutes. Access to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental via the Astbergbahn Going is approximately 5 km away and can be reached in around 7–8 minutes.
The idyllic Schwarzsee is also only approx. 5 km away, and the Kitzbühel-Schwarzsee Golf Club is just a few minutes away.
