The absolute heart of this dream property is the living-dining area on the first floor, which offers a unique view of the Kitzbühel Alps through its high glazed window fronts. The numerous terraces are excellent for enjoying sunsets or your morning coffee.
The fully equipped designer kitchen, with everything a cooking enthusiast could wish for, is a visual and technical highlight.
Are you sauna lovers? A bridge between the main and annex buildings leads you to the private sauna area for up to 6 people, from which you can also enjoy a wonderful view of the surroundings.

The centre of Kitzbühel with its restaurants, cafés, boutiques and shops can be reached in about 7 km in approximately 10–12 minutes by car. The legendary Hahnenkammbahn, the starting point of the world-famous KitzSki ski resort and the famous Streif downhill run, is located about 8 km away and can be reached in approximately 12–15 minutes. The Wagstättbahn in Jochberg, also a direct entry to the KitzSki ski resort, is only about 3 km away and can be reached in around 5 minutes by car.
