This newly renovated design apartment is only a 7-minute walk away from the center of Kitzbühel. 

With a  nice view of the Hahnenkamm, it offers 2 bedrooms, 1 large ensuite bathroom and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. On two galleries that can be reached via a ladder there are two further double beds. The brand new kitchen and the open fireplace invite you to cook and enjoy together at any time. 

Whether for hiking, golfing, mountain biking or skiing, this apartment is the ideal starting point. You park directly at the apartment and relax wonder in your own garden.

Awesome. First time, at Kitzbuehel. WOW, the skiing is unbelievable.
The hosts, were fantastic. The Chalet, exceptional is its comfort and design; very modern utilities, within a rustic setting You felt like you where in your own home, but the view through the window was exceptionally different. Would love to have stayed longer, and be back in a heart beat. The perfect venue for a family!!!
