 This newly renovated apartment is only a 7-minute walk away from the center of Kitzbühel.

It offers you 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom and a very small bathroom with shower and toilet. Another person can sleep on the large sofa bed in the living area. The brand new built-in kitchen, the cozy sitting area and the open fireplace invite you to cook and enjoy together at any time. In summer the garden with grill is an ideal place to stay. 

Whether for hiking, golfing, mountain biking or skiing – this apartment is the ideal starting point. A parking space at the house is available

Absolutely Wonderful!
We had an amazing stay at Chalet Belle-Kitz with 6 people. We were welcomed by the most friendly lady Maggie who was so helpful to help us with our luggage through the thick snow & check-in. Property was very clean, with great amenities, wonderfully homey decorated rooms & living space. Also the location was perfect, very nice neighborhood up a small hill with just a 10/15 minute beautiful scenic walk to the town center, main shopping street & main ski lifts. We definitely will come back for our next winter trip! Thank you so much Maggie & Mara!
