The charming centre of Kitzbühel, with its restaurants, cafés, boutiques and shops, is just approx. 200–300 metres and a few minutes' walk away. The legendary Hahnenkammbahn, the starting point of the world-famous KitzSki ski resort and the famous Streif downhill race, is approx. 800–900 metres away and can be reached in about a 10-minute walk.
So the location combines relaxed living with perfect proximity to sports, culinary delights, and leisure activities.

The photos are misleading, especially the terrace or balcony, which is messy and shared with the upstairs flat.
