The legendary Hahnenkammbahn, the starting point of the world-famous KitzSki ski area and the famous Streif downhill run, is approximately 2 km away and can be reached in about 5 minutes. The Hahnenkammbahn is one of Kitzbühel's best-known landmarks and offers direct access to the KitzSki ski area.

The stay was great! The only downside was that we couldn't barbecue due to the lack of a gas bottle. However, if a barbecue is shown in the pictures, it should also be usable…

The balcony was a major highlight – it opens up to a beautiful mountain view that we enjoyed every morning and evening. The apartment shows some signs of wear, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

A very beautiful apartment, in Alpine style, with a huge balcony, where you can barbecue, there's a fireplace, parking, views of the Alps with cows, morning mist, and the accessories in the apartment are just lovely!
